- Minimum 1 years of experience in the same role - Strong ability in strategic planning and execution of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, etc - Strong knowledge in analytics and performance tracking, content strategy, community, and crisis management - Great leadership and collaboration skills - Preferably from beauty industry with strong/proven ability to content creation (individual account or personal branding account)
