We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations within the mining construction. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Human Resources policies, procedures, and initiatives, while supporting workforce management, employee administration, and recruitment activities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or related field. - Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the mining construction or related industry. - Good understanding of HR operations and employee administration processes. - Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. - Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related systems. - Willing to travel to site locations when required for operational needs
