- Proficiency in English (especially written communication) to handle client instructions and documentation. - Strong analytical skills - A keen eye for detail and high levels of organization. - Familiarity with systems like SIEM, EDR, NDR, firewall, IDS/IPS, and teknologi keamanan lainnya. - Mampu merancang, mengembangkan, dan melakukan tuning terhadap use case deteksi, rule correlation, playbook, serta automated response workflow. - Memiliki pengalaman dalam menangani insiden keamanan kompleks dan menjadi escalation point dalam koordinasi respons insiden berdampak tinggi. - Memiliki pemahaman terhadap framework dan best practice keamanan informasi seperti NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001 ISMS, serta referensi threat intelligence seperti MITRE ATT&CK.
