The Cluster Chef is responsible for overseeing and managing kitchen operations across multiple client units, ensuring consistent food quality, safety, and operational excellence.

- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in kitchen operations - Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or multi-unit (cluster) role - Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards (HACCP) - Proven experience in food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen operations - Strong leadership and people management skills - Good planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
