Develop and execute sales strategies for Events to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets, lead the Event sales team, and build relationships with corporations, event agencies, associations, and government institutions.
Persyaratan
- • - Fluent in Indonesian and English (both spoken and written).
- • - Target-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure.
- • - Minimum 4–5 years of experience in MICE/hotel/event sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial position.
- • - Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business Management.
- • - Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
