We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Chef De Partie to oversee a specific section of our kitchen.
Persyaratan
- Experience in the F&B industry, with at least 3-5 years as a Demi CDP or CDP
- Proficient in ESB for stock management, inventory tracking, and daily kitchen reporting
- Strong knowledge of section management, food safety (HACCP), and high-volume food production
- Ability to lead a small team of Commis chefs and ensure consistent quality and speed
