- Indonesian medical license (STR) + Specialist certificate (Spesialis Kulit or Spesialis Bedah Plastik) - Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in dermatology/aesthetic medicine - Certification in aesthetic procedures (laser safety, injectable) - Strong understanding of skin anatomy, contraindications, and complication management - Patient-focused attitude with excellent communication skills - Commitment to ethical practice
