- Degree in Law or a related field - Minimum 3 years' experience; practiced in law firms in land/property related matters and/or corporate legal counsel roles - Thorough understanding of Indonesian commercial laws and regulations - Excellent contract drafting, negotiation and review skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
