Responsible for creating, updating, and standardizing technical documents, reports, and SOPs for the team.

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering, or a relevant IT field - Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in technical writing - Familiarity with the telco industry ecosystem - Strong Documentation & Reporting Skills - Software Proficiency: Expert in MS Office - Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail - English Proficiency: Must be able to read technical documents (manuals) and write incident chronology reports in English - Nice to have: Experience in IT Operations or Managed Services, Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (Servers, Networks, or Cloud), Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) or reporting/dashboard tools
