As an Account Manager on our Supply Growth team, you'll own the relationships that keep refrigerant flowing into Recoolit, convert qualified leads into active supply partners, onboard them, and grow them.

- 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or partnerships - Fluency in both English and Indonesian - Strong communicator and structured thinker - Experience in an early-stage startup or other evidence of ownership, initiative, and flexibility
