- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Japanese Language, Japanese Studies, or other relevant fields - JLPT N3 or above with strong verbal and written Japanese communication skills - Experience in event management, event production, exhibition, concert, festival, or entertainment industry will be an advantage - Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously - Detail-oriented, flexible, and capable of adapting to changing situations - Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and travel outside Jakarta when required for events - Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime when required during event preparation and event days
