We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our Indonesian restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing kitchen activities, ensuring food quality and consistency, and managing overall kitchen performance.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as Head Chef in an Indonesian restaurant - Strong leadership and team management skills - Able to create, standardize, and control recipes - Tech-savvy and comfortable using operational systems (experience with Accurate is preferred)
