- Minimum 2 years experience in the same position from International Hotel Chain - Graduate from Hotel Management or equivalent - Good leadership, coaching and counseling skills - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel, PPT, and industry related software desired - Must be fluent in English
