- 3+ years of Photoshop experience - Advanced in photo manipulation - Great understanding of Visual design principles and elements - Working knowledge of graphic/visual trends in thumbnail design - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Strong attention to deadlines and schedules - Familiar with Google Drive & Discord - Flexibility to adapt with changing timelines and deliverables - Ability to work collaboratively with individuals and teams at all levels of the organization - Passionate about YouTube - 3D experience & is a bonus but not required - Ability to create hand drawn or 3D concepts is a bonus but not required
