- 2+ years of experience in Graphic, Product, or Merchandise Design - Exceptional aesthetic sense and passion for design, art, and gifting trends - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and basic spreadsheet/Excel skills - Strong expertise in color theory, layout, typography, and material selection - Very strong attention to detail and willingness to be hands-on in the physical production process
