Manage end-to-end recruitment process, develop and implement HR policies, and handle employee relations matters.

- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Human Resources, Management, or related field. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR and/or Legal functions. - Fluent in Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading) is mandatory. - Familiar with Indonesian Labor Law, company licensing, and corporate compliance. - Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
