Manage end-to-end recruitment process, develop and implement HR policies, handle employee relations matters, and coordinate training and development programs. Also responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements, contracts, and legal documents, and managing corporate documents and shareholder resolutions.
Persyaratan
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Human Resources, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR and/or Legal functions
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading)
- Familiar with Indonesian Labor Law, company licensing, and corporate compliance
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
