- Design engaging user experiences that support growth and optimize the conversion funnel. - Translate financial, reward, gamification, and affiliate mechanisms into simple, high-impact UI and interaction designs. - Contribute to and maintain design systems to support consistency and scalability across products. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud softwares. - Deep understanding in building, contributing to, or maintaining design systems. - Practical ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate design iteration.
