We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM or PeopleSoft HCM to join our team on a part-time remote contract.

- Minimum 6 years of PeopleSoft HCM systems analysis experience - Strong experience in Oracle Cloud HCM or PeopleSoft HCM - Experience with HR system implementation, configuration, testing, validation, reporting, and end-user training - Strong Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filtering, and data validation - Working knowledge of SQL for data validation - Experience using Jira for issue tracking - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
