The Shift Lead - Warehouse (Jakarta 2) will monitor the working area, manage daily warehouse operations, oversee end-to-end processes, and develop team performance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field - Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain, with proven supervisory or team leadership experience - Solid functional knowledge of end-to-end warehouse flows, including Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory control
