We are hiring our Ice Crew for a seasonal part-time role. If you have a ‘can-do’ attitude, excellent skating abilities, a devotion to your craft, and a passion for sports, we want to hear from you. Ice Crew members are a diverse group of people who will serve as skaters for all home games and additional events throughout the 2026-2027 season.

- Strong ability to skate - Ability to mobilize quickly and for long durations - Awareness and understanding of the rules of the OHL Hockey League (resources provided) - Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team - Capable of working a flexible schedule and extended hours, including but not limited to working early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays in addition to traditional during business hours - Must be able to work in a loud noise environment - Strong communication skills - Proven ability to work well with all levels of management - Strong work ethic and personal integrity - Ability to lift heavy objects for short periods - Basic arena refrigeration certificate and/or experience in ice resurfacer operations would be considered an asset
