- Proven experience in a security supervisory or leadership role, preferably in hospitality - Strong leadership and team management skills - In-depth knowledge of security operations and emergency protocols - Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
