As Human Resource Specialist (Legal), you will ensure effective support to the Director General, BPMSD and staff in designing and implementing HR policies and initiatives. You will provide policy guidance, review and revise HR guidelines, support case management, and oversee staff disputes and disciplinary processes.

- University Degree in Law, Human Resources, or relevant fields; preferably at post-graduate level or its equivalent. - At least 6 years of relevant professional experience, ideally with legal or employment relations or HR experience on public international employment with an international organization. - Demonstrated experience in handling sensitive and confidential matters. - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
