- 2–4 years in marketing analytics, data, or a technical marketing role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using SQL, Python, JavaScript, or similar - Hands-on experience with APIs, data integrations, and marketing measurement - Comfortable working across CRM, analytics, ad platforms, and BI tools
