Svara Boutique Residences is looking for a Head Barista who takes genuine pride in coffee, can lead and train a small team, and operates independently to deliver a consistently excellent coffee experience for our guests.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a barista - Hands-on experience operating and maintaining commercial espresso machines - Strong foundation in coffee knowledge - Proven ability to train and develop junior team members - Guest-focused with a professional and warm manner - Experience in a boutique hotel, villa property, or quality café environment preferred - Experience with bar tending desirable
