FILSCAP is seeking a highly qualified and accomplished legal professional to manage the Society's legal affairs, litigation portfolio, regulatory compliance initiatives, and intellectual property enforcement efforts.

- Lead, manage, and oversee civil, criminal, administrative, and other legal proceedings - Develop, implement, and maintain legal policies, procedures, and protocols - Conduct administrative investigations and provide legal guidance on labor and employment matters - Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on contracts, licenses, and other commercial agreements - Ensure the Society's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, governance standards, and industry requirements
