We're looking for talented VSL Video Editors who understand that editing is more than making videos look good. Great VSL editors understand psychology, storytelling, pacing, emotion, and direct response marketing.

- Direct experience editing VSLs for eCom brands, ideally in the health & wellness and supplements space - Strong storytelling instincts and ability to create emotional impact through editing - Understanding of pacing, retention, visual hierarchy, and viewer psychology - Ability to take feedback professionally and implement revisions quickly - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Frame.io, Google Drive, Dropbox
