We are looking for backend engineers to build the core systems behind BJAK's AI Neobank app.

- 3+ years of backend engineering experience - Strong fundamentals in APIs, databases, system design and production debugging - Experience building scalable services and integrating third-party systems - Good understanding of security, reliability, data quality and operational edge cases - Able to make practical trade-offs between speed, quality and risk - Comfortable working with product, mobile, operations and business teams
