The consultancy will provide specialized technical expertise to support DOS in implementing the Global Fleet Optimization Initiative by reviewing LPV holdings, monitoring disposal and replacement programmes, assessing vehicle acquisition requests, identifying opportunities for fleet optimization, and strengthening governance through performance monitoring and evidence-based recommendations.

- Advanced university degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transport Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in fleet management, transportation management, or logistics operations - Experience in coordinating with and reporting to a broad range of stakeholders
