We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team at PT Surya Tanjung Jaya in Batam, Riau Islands.

- Proven experience working as a Barista or in a similar beverage service role - Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, espresso techniques, and specialty drink preparation methods - Proficiency in operating espresso machines, grinders, milk steamers, and other coffee equipment - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests and create a welcoming atmosphere - Attention to detail and commitment to consistency in drink quality and presentation - Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks - Basic mathematics skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately - Good communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with colleagues - Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as required - Professional appearance and personal hygiene standards - Relevant barista certifications or coffee training qualifications are advantageous - Indonesian language proficiency is preferred; English language skills are beneficial
