The Health Officer will support coordination, oversight, and strategic management of the KOICA-funded programme to improve access to quality maternal and neonatal health services in Papua.

- Medical doctor or hold a bachelor's degree in public health, hospital management, epidemiology, health policy, health administration, international development, health economics or another related discipline. - Minimum two (2) years of progressively responsible professional experience in programme management, health systems strengthening, maternal and newborn health, international development, or related sectors. - Strong programme and project management skills. - Good planning, coordination, and organizational abilities. - Good partnership management and stakeholder engagement skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and results-based management capabilities.
