The National Policy Consultant will support the project implementation under Output IV, particularly for key stakeholders engagement, including government and private sector, as well as support Article 6 policy design aligned to national environmental and energy transition policy.

- Deep knowledge of Indonesia's government landscape, ministry relationships, regulatory environment, and the political economy of carbon pricing - Ability to facilitate the engagement with policy makers and key stakeholders in Indonesia - Strategic input and advisory on carbon market policies, Article 6 of the Paris Agreement, ITMOs transaction frameworks, voluntary carbon markets (VCM), and carbon market project development
