Yello Kuta Beachwalk Bali is looking for a Front Office Manager to handle hotel operations, guest services, and reservations.

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position - Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, reservations, and front desk procedures - Proficient in using VHP System for daily Front Office operations - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Excellent ability to handle guest complaints professionally and provide effective solutions to ensure guest satisfaction - Good command of written and spoken English
