BNI consistently seeks potential young talent through recruitment programs such as the Officer Development Program (ODP) which is opened periodically.

- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a reputable university (accredited) in a relevant field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 for bachelor’s or 3.25 for master’s (or equivalent) - Be proficient in English and attach official test scores at the time of application: TOEIC minimum 400 / TOEFL minimum 450 / equivalent. - Possess strong critical and analytical thinking skills for gathering and obtaining relevant and comprehensive information - Excel in communicating ideas clearly and effectively to obtain understanding and commitment from others - Do not have immediate family members (parents and siblings) currently employed at BNI - Be single, never married, and willing to remain unmarried throughout the program duration - Be willing to be placed in any BNI unit located throughout the Sumatera region
