The Associate of QI Capabilities is responsible for implementing strategies that strengthen internal capabilities to drive quality measure performance across the organization. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and experience in healthcare data analysis.

Bachelor’s degree required; 1+ years of healthcare-related experience with HEDIS/Stars, 3+ years of QI/QM or population health management experience, intermediate proficiency in Excel/data reporting tools, prior Looker/Tableau/Electronic Medical Records (Athena preferred) experience.
