- 5 years of professional experience in a top-tier consulting firm, financial institution, development finance organisation, or impact-focused environment - Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, International Development, Public Policy, or a related discipline - Strong analytical and structured thinking skills — able to work with both qualitative frameworks and quantitative data - Excellent written and verbal communication; able to distil complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives for senior audiences - Proven ability to operate as a self-starter with minimal supervision, managing multiple workstreams under time pressure
