We are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Advisor to join our team at PT Farpoint Prima (Gunung Sewu Group) in South Tangerang. In this contract-based role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout the commercial real estate process, in sales property management.

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry - Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-facing skills - Thorough understanding of the commercial real estate market - Proven ability to conduct market research, analyse data, and provide strategic advice to clients - Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
