Provide regular reporting to the Quality Assurance Leader regarding testing processes and results. Develop testing plans, strategies, and scenarios aligned with business and operational requirements. Execute manual and/or automated testing based on predefined plans and scenarios.

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or QA/Tester in the lending/credit domain, with strong understanding of end-to-end credit processes. - Proficient in JIRA, TestRail, DBeaver, MySQL, SQL Server, and Postman, with experience testing desktop, mobile, and API applications. - Strong capability in journal testing and reconciliation related to Lending projects. - Knowledge of automation testing (Selenium/Appium) is an added advantage. - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, good communication, and high adaptability. - Able to create detailed test plans and scenarios, and perform testing with high attention to detail and critical execution. - Possesses strong ownership, result-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage small to medium-sized teams. - Experienced working within Agile/Scrum frameworks. - Able to identify IT risks and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements. - A team player with strong passion and foundation in information technology.
